Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Includes 1-hour lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM).
Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
Weekly Off: Thursday is the fixed weekly off day.
Late Coming: A 10-minute grace period is provided. Accumulating 3 late comings (after the grace period) will result in a half-day salary deduction.
Note: Employees are expected to be flexible with timings based on work requirements and in case of emergencies.
Note: All leaves (PL or CL) require prior approval from the HOD/HR. Unapproved leaves will be treated as unpaid.
Probation Period: 06 Months. An Appointment Letter will be provided after 3 months, upon successful performance review.
Documents Required: The following documents must be submitted within one week of joining:
Resignation: A written resignation must be submitted to the respective HOD, HR department, and management for acceptance.
Notice Period: A 30-day notice period is mandatory.
Full & Final Settlement: The final settlement will be processed within 45 days from the date of resignation acceptance.
Note: If an employee cannot serve the notice period, a 30-day salary will be deducted or must be paid to the company as a penalty.
During Probation: The company can terminate an employee without prior notice if their performance is unsatisfactory.
Permanent Employee: The company can terminate an employee immediately and without notice in cases of proven disloyalty.
